I was introduced to Tolkien via my aunt who took me to watch The Two Towers in theaters, and thereafter I was a devoted fan. I read all LotR trilogy, The Silmarillion, The Hobbit, and some of Unfinished Tales part 1. I have been a fanfiction writer for about six years, but honestly perhaps a year, as I took several breaks over the years. I hope that my writing has improved from the first story I ever produced, a genuine Mary-Sue. *shudders*
