Rant away. There is a very hard attitude in the Job Centre. I am extremely polite and very quiet, and nonetheless I was treated brusquely, and rather like a child called in to see a headmaster

Author's Response: Thank you! This is a pretty old story of mine, I wrote it back in first year...but I have a soft spot for it :) it's good to be back! Hope you're keeping well.
