Ah... wonderful. I love the connection Karna had between him and his Oliphaunt and the sadness in Legolas as he watched it die. There is something very special about this tale from the other side of the war. I do love it :)

I did try to offer a glimpse into the "villains"' mind, having read somewhere that the worst thing in war was to understand one's enemy - because to understand is to forgive...
