Spiced- have you tried seeing an osteopath- I went three times and it's completely gone!! I had suffered with it really badly this year but it's not come back.

...they are actually enjoying the case! Had my fingerprints taken too, and the policeman gave me a great talk about them - all the different marks, what they're called.. fascinating.

I have sciatica, and can hardly sit down to write. My fault for carrying too-heavy shopping bags and setting it off.
