all the time. But when you go through agencies it tells you how many applicants have applied, and with 60 + it's very unlikely I would even get an interview.

I would rather be self-employed, too. I am just off to a Job Centre interview. It is so horrid; the attitude seems to be that we're all losers and don't even try. I have been applying for jobs

I would have loved to have gone and would have if I had any savings left - this wrist and bronchitis has wiped out my savings. This month and next I am working almost non stop to build them up again.
